Theatre style seating will allow for 300 and table seating will accommodate approximately 150.

+ How late can we party?

The venue closes at 10:00 pm.

+ How much is it to rent this venue?

Pricing varies on event type, space used, and time allotted. Please email us your event details for a quote.

+ Do you offer a payment schedule?

Yes, we offer a 6-9 month payment plan.

+ What overnight accommodations do you provide?

The Carriage Venue does not have sleeping rooms, however we can refer hotels locally to accommodate guests.

+ Do you have a fun but potentially dangerous clause?

Yes. We do not allow burning candles. However, most other things are available for a nominal fee, including celebration rice, sparklers, LED candles etc.

+ Is your venue handicap accessible?

Yes, including restroom and parking.

+ Can we bring our own DJ or band?

Yes, but we require that they provide proof of insurance.

+ Do we supply our own alcohol?

Yes, champagne only.

+ Do you provide security?

Yes, if your event totals over 150 guests. This fee is added to the total cost.

+ How early can guests arrive?

No earlier than one hour before the event.

+ Do you have staff that cleans after the event?

Yes, we take care of setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, as well as all necessary cleaning after your event. (Some restrictions apply.)

+ Do you have an inventory of decor, such as lighting and vases?

Yes, our inventory is available from an outside source.

+ Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes.

+ Do you provide audio/visual amenities?

Yes, as well as dedicated Wi-F

+ What is the backup plan for rain or inclement weather?

We offer changes at a moments notice and have both indoor and outdoor options.

+ What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation more that 9 months to the date receives 25% of the deposit. Between 6 to 9 months, receives 50% of deposit. Fewer than 30 days, receives 100% of deposit.

+ What kind of deposit is required and when?

50% of the package rate is due at the signing of the rental agreement.

+ do you provide catering supplies?

Yes, we provide food related items such as silverware, dishes, glasses, warmers, tablecloths as well as décor. We also have preferred vendors on hand.

+ is insurance provided?
